Champagne Mandois Blanc de Blancs Premier Cru Brut 2017 Review
Vintage Champagne can be costly, but it's typically worth the price tag considering it's an intermittent occurrence in the region. But to have a vintage Champagne, sourced from prized premier cru vineyard sites, at this price? It's a triumph. This wine is vinified in 80 percent stainless steel tanks and 20 percent oak to bring us a bright wine with fresh apple notes, but also a little bit of depth. The bubbles are even and persistent on the palate.
