This is Champagne Lanson’s leap into the future. They tend 40 acres of certified organic and biodynamic vines across the villages of Verneuil & Vandières with sustainability in mind. This is a Pinot Noir-based blend with Chardonnay and Pinot Meunier playing the supporting roles. It has some deep aromas of toast and golden apples. It’s the palate that brings focus with great acidity and lively bubbles.
