Cedar + Salmon Pinot Noir 2016
Review
I would love to talk about the complexities of this wine. Alas, they elude me. This is a Pinot Noir with 14.5% alcohol and is therefore relegated to gifting people who are converting from full bodied wine to lighter bodied wine and they need baby steps to do so. Its also a great bottle for an event that doesn’t feature this wine as a talking point. The classic cherry aroma is there, and somewhere under the fiery fumes of ether there may be some black olive, but that was all that could be garnered even after some swirling and patience.
