Castro Candaz Mencia 2019 Review
This wine smells like spiced meat, blackberries, and cooking herbs (rosemary, tarragon etc.) with a saline bent. The palate is soft, with woven tannins that melt in your mouth. This wine has just the right balance of rustic and earthy with a soft, savory feel. Lamb, stat!
