Cantina di Carpi Lambrusco di Modena DOC Spumante Rosato Brut NV Review

This lambrusco is made in a co-op with 1200 members, producing 450K hectoliters a year, with 5 huge stations dedicated to all phases of wine production. That’s a lot, and you would think that wine quality would be comprised. NOPE! This beautiful rosato made from Lambrusco Sorbara is true to the grapes tendency to lean more toward the pink-ish side, with soft, persistent bubbles and a refreshing, round palate that contains aromas of strawberries, watermelon and slight hints of candied fruit. This is the way Lambrusco should be done.
