Cantina di Carpi e Sorbara 'Il Duomo' Lambrusco di Modena NV Review
This is not the most expressive Lambrusco yet not sweet, cloying, or abrasive. It is balanced, with soft fruit and not a lot of aroma, but that balance is an excellent foil for pizza or any fatty food as the bubbles and the slight bitter note that cuts through the sweetness will help wash it all down. The price is right, and the alcohol is low, so grab a few bottles, get on that group text you made a month ago that annoys the hell out of your friends, and get them off their couches and bring a pie.
