Brooklyn Black Ops Review

The Black Ops 2019 Vintage sat quietly in our office beer fridge for an entire year before we finally returned, safely distanced with masks and all, to pull it out for a tasting. The stout, aged in Four Roses bourbon barrels, is pretty much exactly what you expect it to be: oak overlays roasty, bitter dark chocolate notes, with vanilla steeped in Four Roses, adding that boozy tang This is a limited-release beer that is still showing up in shops, so seek this out for bourbon lovers before it's too late.
