With decades of experience, the Black Stallion Winery has a wide range of wines from accessible bottles to exclusive membership offerings. The Indelicato family have taken up the vine in honor of their patriarch Gaspare who came to California in the 1920s with a dream to make wine in America. With a good winemaker, Ralf Holdenried, who listens to the land, a Chardonnay for this value with this kind of balance is possible. This wine is soft and toasty on the nose with subtle hints of vanilla from wood. The mouthfeel is creamy and coating with very nice acidity thats holds up the weight on the palate just enough to keep the wine refreshing.
