Ballast Point Passing Haze Hazy IPA
Review
Ballast Point may have hoped hazy IPAs were a passing craze, but Constellation Brands' brewery famous for its West Coast IPAs was finally convinced to changed its tune. Enter Passing Haze Hazy IPA, a session IPA that's pale gold, cloudy, and bursting with tropical fruit aromas. Tangerine, lemon peel, and grapefruit pith flavors combine on the palate in a soft, creamy texture. Ironically, Passing Haze is made with a lot more hops than Ballast Point's bold, bitter Sculpin, but this one drinks like a cloud.
