Dinner With The Parents, Treat Yo'self, Winter White Wine Drinking

Drink If You Like

Chardonnay, Chenin Blanc , Riesling

B.R. Cohn Winery Sangiacomo Vineyard Chardonnay 2017 Review

This is such a proper oaky Cali Chard. It has rich, drippy oak and vanilla jams just jamming out, along with layers of fresh butter. But the key to the awesomeness of this wine is the bracing, vibrant acidity and a mineral driven palate that has said oak and butter vibes with a slight hint of, well, olives. I know that sounds crazy, but damn, it works. And this briny note really keeps the wine refreshing. Bring this to dinner with the parents and you’ll all enjoy it.
