Alfred Giraud French Malt Whisky Harmonie Review
Combining one lightly peated and two non-peated distillates, this triple malt French whisky ages in a range of ex-Cognac and new French and American oak casks. Its flavor profile lives up to the name, with the blend delivering a rich array of aromas and flavors that weave seamlessly together in each elegant sip. Only on the palate do subtle peated notes present themselves, though they never threaten to hijack the overall profile. While pricey, this bottle justifies its lofty price tag if you're looking to splurge on something exciting and new.
