21st Amendment El Sully
Review
21st Amendment's El Sully is backyard beer at its best. Its grain bill includes pilsner and Vienna malts, flaked maize, and flaked barley, along with acidulated malt, used to reduce pH levels in the mash so enzymes are able to break down more starch. Magnum and U.S. Golding hops give this Mexican-style lager a zesty note, followed by a pithy finish. Pair with a taco and lime, and you'll be contento.
