Ingredients

  • 1 ½ ounces habanero-infused Casamigos Reposado*
  • 2 or 3 habanero peppers
  • 1 ½ ounces sweet vermouth
  • 1 ounce lemon juice
  • 1 egg white
  • 2 dashes orange bitters
  • 1 jalapeño wheel garnish

Directions

  1. Combine habanero-infused tequila reposado, sweet vermouth, lemon juice, and egg white in a cocktail shaker.
  2. Shake without ice for 10 seconds.
  3. Add cubed ice, shake until thoroughly chilled.
  4. Strain into a coupe glass.
  5. Slice a jalapeño into wheels and place 1 wheel on the side of the glass to garnish.

  • 2-3 habanero peppers

Habanero-Infused Casamigos Reposado Directions

  1. Using disposable gloves and a sharp knife, stem and half lengthwise 2-3 habanero peppers, depending on their size.
  2. Remove seeds and ribs, and place the halved peppers in a pint-sized Mason jar. Cover with Casamigos Reposado, screw on the lid, and let sit for approximately one week or until desired level of spiciness is reached.
