The Story Behind The RumHaven Vanilla Brandy Eggnog

Use one part E&J’s Vanilla Brandy, one part simple syrup, two parts RumHaven, and a whole egg shaken with ice. (Don’t worry, when mixed with high-proof spirits, the raw egg is safe to consume.)

Ingredients

  • 2 ounces RumHaven
  • 1 ounce E&J Vanilla Brandy
  • 1 ounce simple syrup
  • Whole egg

Directions

  1. Build ingredients into an ice-filled shaker.
  2. Shake vigorously to combine/chill.
  3. Strain into a glass (no ice).
  4. Garnish with cinnamon and nutmeg.
