The Story Behind The M+M (Monte + Mezcal)

Stir up a glass of this herbal holiday cocktail featuring Amaro Montenegro and Mezcal Derrumbes Durango. Serve over ice in a festive rocks glass and add aromatic slices of lemon and an orange peel as garnish for an extra twinkle on the nose.

Ingredients

  • 1 ½ ounces Amaro Montenegro
  • 1 ½ ounces Mezcal Derrumbes Durango
  • Garnish: lemon peel or orange peel

Directions

  1. Add ingredients into a double Old Fashioned rocks glass containing a rock of ice.
  2. Stir to combine/chill.
  3. Garnish with your choice of lemon or orange peel.
