The Story Behind The The Golden Sour

The gold leaf in Goldschlager is a sight to behold. Falling gold flakes up the class of any drink as you sip it down, making you feel like royalty. But we took it one step further. We laid more gold leaf on top of the creamy egg white top, doubling down on the level of class that one drink can hold. Underneath the gilded top layer is a traditional sour, made with Goldschlager. The lemon adds enough sour to balance out the cinnamon spice, while the sugar and egg white make it silky. This is one drink you want to make sure everyone sees you drinking.
