Made with Crown Royal Deluxe, Pimm’s, lemon juice, and simple syrup, the drink is served on the rocks in a Collins glass, and topped off with a splash of ginger ale. Perfect for celebrating Mardi Gras in the comfort of your own home, the fruity cocktail is sure to bring a party wherever it is served.

Ingredients

  • 1 ounce Crown Royal Deluxe
  • ¾ ounce Pimm’s
  • ¾ ounce lemon juice
  • ¾ ounce simple syrup

Directions

  1. Place all ingredients in a shaker tin.
  2. Add ice and shake.
  3. Strain over fresh ice in Collins glass.
  4. Top off with ginger ale and garnish with slice of cucumber.
