Have you ever had a wine that’s so good your glass naturally goes bottom up and you immediately want more? It’d be so much easier if it just appeared in your glass, or if that glass was just the whole bottle? Wish granted, thanks to a little product known as the Guzzle Buddy.
The glass — which exists solely to “plug it and chug it” because “pouring is boring” — goes straight on top of a bottle of wine. The bottle becomes the stem of the glass, and the wine flows easy.
Just think of how much more convenient the Guzzle Buddy can make a calm night of drinking straight from the wine bottle (we’ve all been there). No more spilling, no more awkward dribbles and, best of all, no shame associated with the drinking. Ok, minimal shame associated with drinking from the bottle.
According to the Amazon description, there (might) be another benefit as well: “As you tilt the bottle, the Guzzle Buddy gently aerates the wine giving you a whole new drinking experience.”
That said, downing a whole bottle of wine at once isn’t recommended. Take your time on it and share with friends, no matter how easy the Guzzle Buddy makes it.
“Make Guzzle Buddy your plus one at your next event and tonight you’ll be drinking straight from the bottle,” the Amazon page states. “However, you better bring a few extras because everybody’s going to want one. You will be the envy of all your friends when you have the Guzzle Buddy in hand.”
