Disney’s annual Food & Wine Festival kicked off last week, and this year, the culinary celebration is featuring a brand new food crawl that’s guaranteed to excite cheese enthusiasts.

Called Emile’s Fromage Montage (after the lovable rat from Pixar’s Ratatouille), the crawl offers five cheese dishes from around the globe, including warm Swiss raclette, served on a plate of baby potatoes; Impossible Cottage Pie (served with lots of mozzarella); black pepper and cheese soufflé; pasta gratin with ham, onions, and cheese; and Brazilian Pão de Queijo (cheese bread).

After sampling each dish, guests can log their purchase with a stamp inside a complimentary Food & Wine Festival passport. Sample all five, and they can claim a free cheesecake at the Shimmering Sips Mimosa Bar.

If, after sampling all of these items, festivalgoers are still craving cheese, this year’s event also features a number of different tasting seminars, led by “notable cheese experts,” according to the website.
