Attention vegans, people who are lactose intolerant, and the rest of the milk-adverse population: Ben & Jerry’s has two more non-diary ice cream options. According to an Instagram post scooped up by Refinery29, the two newest dairy free options are Cherry Garcia and Coconut Seven Layer Bar.

Before you get too excited, the rollout isn’t universal yet. But Sean Greenwood, a member of Ben & Jerry’s public relations team, told Refinery29 that he couldn’t “confirm nor deny the new Non Dairy flavors coming to shelves in 2017 that we’ll be announcing the in the middle of February, no matter how delicious they are.”

Sounds like some doublespeak if you ask us, but let’s just say it’s legit. In preparation for what’s to come, we prepared some non-dairy ice cream floats for the new flavors. (For the uninitiated, Cherry Garcia has chunks of cherries and fudge flakes, while Coconut Seven Layer Bar has coconut ice cream, fudge chunks, walnuts, graham cracker, and caramel).

The Cherry Garcia Ruby Port Float

Ingredients:

  • 1 scoop of non dairy Cherry Garcia
  • 8 ounces of Ruby Port

Directions:

Pour a half cup of Ruby Port into a glass. Drop the scoop of ice cream in. Don’t make things too complicated here, folks. We all know it’s about the boozy ice cream.

The Root Beer Whiskey Coconut Seven Layer Bar Float

Ingredients:

  • 3 ounces of root beer whiskey
  • 3 ounce of club soda
  • 1 scoop of Coconut Seven Layer Bar

Directions:

Pour the root beer whiskey and the club soda into a serving glass. Top with a scoop of ice cream. Things might get a little messy, but that’s all party of the process.
