Siobhan Wallace has written for outlets like Wine Enthusiast, Serious Eats, Men’s Journal and Food & Wine, in addition to two cookbooks: “New York a la Cart: Recipes and Stories from the Big Apple’s Best Food Trucks” (Running Press, 2013) and “The Kitchen Without Borders: Recipes and Stories from Refugees and Immigrant Chefs” (Workman, 2021). She passed the WSET Level 2 in Wines with Distinction in 2018, and earned a master’s degree in Food Studies from New York University.
