About Jamie Rubin

Jamie has run restaurants and beverage programs in and around Philadelphia for a decade. His personal brand of jovial yet exacting service has evolved through managing concepts from fast casual to fine dining. He is an Advanced Sommelier and prior to the pandemic was the General Manager for Ambra Restaurant Group, managing four properties. He’s now consulting, writing, podcasting, and social media marketing. He’s crazy excited to continue finding new ways to impact the wine and hospitality business.
