Brian Bartels, a Wisconsin native, is the author of The Bloody Mary cocktail book, published by Ten Speed Press in spring 2017. He is a Managing Partner and Bar Director for New York City’s Happy Cooking Hospitality (Fedora, Bar Sardine, Jeffrey’s Grocery, Joseph Leonard, and Perla Cafe).
