The “Wine 101” podcast has always been about education, with the primary goal of providing our listeners with tools and information to help them feel confident on their wine journey. What we’re not about is telling anyone what to drink or how to enjoy it.
While there may be established regulations regarding how and where certain styles of wine can be produced, there are no rules for enjoying it — only guidelines. So put ice in rosé, top Champagne with sliced strawberries, and drink white wine at room temperature. Do whatever makes you happy.
On this episode of “Wine 101,” Keith addresses some of the media noise surrounding the alleged rights and wrongs of enjoying wine and then discusses why snobbery is better left ignored. Tune in for more.
