Pinot Noir is found in most of the world’s major wine regions, but it only really succeeds in a select few. One such region is New Zealand, which produces slightly different Pinot Noir iterations in various areas of the country, from dark and savory to round and perfumed. New Zealand Pinot Noir bears quite a similarity to cool-climate California versions, but typically with more acidity and softer, rounder fruit.
