For those who snagged opening tickets, Star Wars: Galaxy’s Edge, the brand new Disneyland attraction, is finally open. The 14-acre park features a marketplace, rides, an antique shop, and numerous other attractions all inspired by the Star Wars universe. For galactic libations, there’s Oga’s Cantina.
Inspired by the Mos Eisley Cantina from Episode IV – A New Hope, Oga’s offers a stellar lineup of wine, beer, cider, and cocktails (both alcoholic and non-alcoholic). It’s the only public spot serving alcohol within Disneyland, which might be the reason why some of the drinks are ludicrously expensive.
Online now, the drinks menu features 14 cocktails (six of which are non-alcoholic), four beers, one cider, and two wines. One of the cocktails, the Yub Nub — a mix of flavored rums, citrus juice, and passion fruit — comes in at $42, though you do get to keep the Endor mug it’s served in.
Meanwhile, the non-alcoholic Cliff Dweller mixes citrus juices, coconut, hibiscus grenadine, and Seagram’s ginger ale. This, too, is served in a souvenir mug which you get to take home but it costs $32.
Most expensive of all is the sample flight of beers. Brewed exclusively for Galaxy’s Edge by Blue Point, New Belgium, Ballast Point, and Sierra Nevada, the flight comes with a souvenir serving board and costs $75.
The rest of the Oga’s Cantina drinks selection is more reasonably priced, with cocktails and glasses of wine averaging around $15 and beers coming in at roughly $12. Saddle up to the bar with valid identification or be prepared to use the force.
