Ingredients

  • 2 ounces blood orange juice
  • 2 ounces PATRÓN Añejo
  • 1 ounce rosemary simple syrup *see below for recipe & instructions
  • ½ ounce lime juice
  • Soda water to top (roughly 1 ½ ounces)
  • Garnish: Rosemary sprig

Directions

  1. Fill a highball glass with ice and add blood orange juice, tequila, lime juice, and rosemary simple syrup.
  2. Top with soda.
  3. Stir and serve, garnished with a sprig of rosemary.

  • ½ cup water
  • ½ cup sugar
  • 4 sprigs rosemary

  1. Combine water and sugar in a saucepan.
  2. Heat on medium and stir until sugar is dissolved.
  3. Remove from heat, add rosemary, then steep for 15 minutes.
  4. Strain and cool.
