About Joni Rials

Joni Rials is the founder of Seek and Sip Travel, a boutique wine and spirit travel agency based in Chicago, IL. Seek and Sip’s mission is to “Travel the World Searching For the Perfect Sip” and assist clients in discovering and developing their tasting palates. Joni holds a WSET Level 2 certification and is currently a WSET 3 candidate. She also earned the Comite’ Champagne with Merit certification from the Comite’ Champagne trade organization based in Champagne, France. She has led both virtual and live events with the focus of taking attendees on a global journey through wine and cocktails. She has been featured on Chicago radio stations WVON, WGCI and XONecole.
