Google Autocomplete Tells Us What Americans Really Think About 19 Popular Wines [INFOGRAPHIC]

After enjoying one too many Google Autocomplete maps, we thought it would be fun to see what Google’s infamous autocomplete feature would reveal about our collective taste in wine. The queries were simple. We typed in Why does [wine name] and let Google do the rest!

While we’ve taken some serious looks at the wine business, this ‘experiment’ was just for fun. Some of the results are a bit interesting. So just remember — they’re not our opinions — they’re the ‘collective wisdom of the crowd’…or something like that.
