To conclude the week of all things sustainable wine, the next step is to find sustainably-farmed dishes to enjoy alongside. What does “sustainably-farmed” mean, and how will these dishes create the ultimate pairings? From grilled seasonal fruits and veggies to bison, in this session, attendees will learn how they can drink and eat sustainably with these food and wine pairings.

Host - Adam Teeter

Adam founded VinePair with Josh with one simple goal: create a publication he actually wanted to read in a space he was extremely passionate about. Since founding the publication Adam has become recognized as an authority on how to make the drinks world accessible to everyone as well as on the ever evolving media landscape. He is the winner of the Left Bank Bordeaux Cup American Wine-Tasting Championship and holds an MBA from NYU Stern.

Keith is VinePair’s Tastings Director. He is a wine lover and self taught wine geek who has owned a wine retail shop as well as a wine bar and restaurant for over a decade.
