Dopff & Irion Cremant d'Alsace Rosé NV Review
Not the most expressive wine, it is more saline and mineral driven, though there is a hint of red fruit (not sure which one) and maybe some white peach. But the palate is wonderful with soft, delicate bubbles and an elegant mouthfeel. It’s a good, crowd pleasing wine and could do well with some aged cheese like Manchego or a semi soft Comté.
