We’ve gathered many gadgets over the years, and if there’s anything we’ve learned, it’s that the gear that has multiple functions are the ones we reach for the most. Looking for a multitasking wine tool that makes serving and saving wine easy? Look no further than the Vacuum Pour Spout.
This handy dandy, mildly life-changing little tool marries the technology of a pour spout, a stopper, and a vacuum-sealed preserver, officially making wine enjoyment a seamless process. This triple threat is suitable for just about every bottle of wine and is just waiting to make your life easier. It’s great for any occasion, but especially for those old, special bottles of Cabernet Sauvignon or Barolo that you want to protect from excess oxygen, so they don’t oxidize as you’re enjoying them.
Here’s how it works—when you’re ready for a glass. Simply adjust the plug to open the spout. Pour yourself a good pour (you deserve it!), then close it to prevent too much oxygen from reaching that extra-special aged wine. If you finish drinking before the bottle is empty, use the pump to remove extra oxygen from the bottle. Pump until you hear a “click,” indicating that the vacuum seal has been reached. Then, when you’re ready to dip back in, the wine will be as fresh as ever.
We love a good kitchen multi-tool, and this is one of our favorites since there’s no need to keep taking and replacing the stopper. All you have to do is open the seal, pour your glass, and close it back. No extra drips, stains, or mess. We know you’ll love it as much as we do.
