Casey O’Neill is a senior product development manager of the Boston Beer Company. Casey lives her passion for science every day in the innovation lab where she’s been the brains behind creating and testing new products for 10 years. She’s currently pursuing her third degree in Food Sciences, after completing a Major in Biology and a Masters in Innovation. In 2016, Casey realized that she and her friends lacked options for light, refreshing drinks that fit their social, active lifestyles, and she became determined to solve the problem herself. Enter Truly. Her favorite flavor is Grapefruit, and it holds a special place in her heart as one of the original three flavors she created.
Augusto Lino (most know him as Lino) has been in the bar industry since his college years in New York City. He was part of the opening staff at The Brandy Library in TriBeCa, and has since relocated to Boston areas where he’s run bar programs at local institutions and consulting at acclaimed restaurant bars, including a retro arcade-bar. His community work includes holding the position of Chair of the Taste of Cambridge, board member of the Cambridge Licensee Advisory Board (CLAB), and president of CLAB for a two-year term. Lino spends much of his time off in his native city of São Paulo, Brazil.
Erica Duecy is Editor in Chief and Chief Content Officer at VinePair, and co-hosts the VinePair podcast. She previously served as Vice President and Founding Editor in Chief of the wine and spirits trade publication SevenFifty Daily, and as digital director for Saveur and Architectural Digest. Duecy frequently judges wine competitions and holds the Wine & Spirit Education Trust Advanced Certification. Her book, Storied Sips (Random House), is about the real-life stories behind the world’s most famous cocktails.
