Who knew that the town of Grapevine, Texas doubles as the Christmas Capital of the Lone Star state come the holiday season?
Boasting nearly 1400 festivities in 40 days, the city is also home to the Christmas Wine Train, set to depart this December.
Presented by Hilton, the boozy train will offer an adult-only excursion aboard the historic Grapevine Vintage Railroad, complete with two complimentary glasses of wine and gourmet hors d’oeuvres.
Playing tribute to the state’s wine offerings, most of the train’s wine selections will hail from Texas-based wineries. The two-hour ride, priced at $45 per person, is scheduled rain or shine for the evening of December 3 and 11.
