Finally, a product for all the Master Chef contestants to swig after a stressful night on TV.

On Monday, Gordon Ramsay announced the release of his new line of hard seltzers, “Hell’s Seltzers.” According to an email press release, Ramsay partnered with Global Brews of London and Brew Pipeline to design this batch, which will feature four blended flavors.

Unlike other brands, each of the flavors in Hell’s Seltzers is made up of at least three key tasting notes and inspired by popular menu items from Ramsay’s Hell’s Kitchen restaurants. The recipes were tested by Ramsay himself and apparently stand up to his “discerning palate and high standards.”

Each gluten-free all-natural flavor will be available in variety 12-packs in 2021. Examples include “Knicker Twist” made with passionfruit, pineapple, and orange, and “That’s Forked” which draws on key lime, vanilla, and “graham” (crackers, we assume).

At 5.5 percent ABV, Hell’s Seltzers will have a long way to go in an industry that is quickly advancing towards harder, higher-ABV seltzers. That being said, with more and more celebrities entering the multi-billion dollar hard seltzer industry, it makes sense that Ramsay would try his luck.

In his own words, Ramsay explained: “Hell’s Kitchen will never freeze over, but a cold Hell’s seltzer is a great start.” While this is an intense attitude to join the game with, it may just be what the hard seltzer community is calling for.
