Gin-Flavored Cheese is a Thing Now, and We’re All About It

Everybody knows all about the wine and cheese party. Now, thanks a cheesemaker in the United Kingdom, you can have a cheese and gin party of sorts without having to pick up an extra bottle for your guests.

According to a report from Delish, the Cheshire Cheese Company is selling a gin and lemon flavored Cheshire cheese – the crumbly cheese combines a hint of gin and “sweetened lemon pieces” for a very gin-y flavor.

Is gin not your thing? Fear not, because the Cheshire Cheese Company has you covered. They also sell an Irish Whiskey & Stem Ginger Cheddar Cheese and their El Gringo Chilli, Lime & Tequila Cheddar would probably be a hit for the tequila fans in your life.

The gin and lemon cheese, which sells for $6.50 for 200 grams on the Cheshire Cheese Company site. In a metaphorical lump of coal in our collective stockings, it’s currently sold out, but we’ll be waiting for their restock, and whatever other boozy cheese concoctions might come out in the future.
