We’ve seen sandwich spreads in cocktail form, but the reverse, a spreadable cocktail, specifically gin and tonic, is a first. Fresh in from Firebox, an online retailer of gifts, gadgets, and other goodies, Spreadable Gin is officially available* for pre-order.

The “gin and tonic marmalade,” as the product is called, is the spreadable, edible, gin-infused breakfast food we’ve been waiting for. (Have we?)

The jammy preserves are made of 3 percent gin, along with sugar, lemon, water, and quinine extract, Liquor.com writes.

Firebox says it goes “very well in a cucumber sandwich,” and “won’t give you a crippling hangover.” Because, you know, it’s food. It’s also suitable for vegetarians!

*Here’s the catch: It’s made in the U.K., and can’t be shipped to the U.S.
