Applebee’s is starting December festivities one day early this year, by today launching its December Neighborhood Drink of the Month, the Dollar Jolly.
Flavored with cherry- or green-apple-flavored Jolly Rancher mix, the vodka-based one dollar cocktail is a boozy, drinkable version of the hard candy. The festive-looking green and red cocktails are poured in 10-ounce mugs, and served with a Jolly Rancher hard candy on the side.
The drink will be available at participating locations throughout the month.
Patrick Kirk, vice president of beverage innovation at Applebee’s, said in a press release, “The Dollar Jolly embodies the holiday spirit: joy, delight and good times. Oh, and vodka too.”
