About Wachira Wines
Wachira Wines is a woman owned winery and a culmination of the extraordinary vision and effort of Dr. Chris Wachira, the first Kenyan-born, Californian winemaker, distributor, importer and exporter. Her story is about the love of her home country and the ability to succeed through adversity. While working her way through college, earning her Doctorate, and dedicating her life to Clinical Outcomes research, Chris fell in-love with the science of winemaking. She developed a deep appreciation for the sense of community and bridges built from sharing a bottle of wine with complete strangers.
To share our wines and our wine lifestyle with the global market through a network of loyal, satisfied clients, vendors, and international distributors. We are very proud of the quality of our products and we hope you will be too.
