The Riondo Sage & Pear Prosecco Cocktail

There’s no denying it: brunch is everyone’s favorite meal. While brunch-going is one of our favorite activities year round, hosting winter brunches at home with friends is extra special. There’s nothing like preparing a meal in the comfort of your own home, surrounded by friends and delicious cocktails. As much as we love Mimosas, the citrusy beverages ring a little spring-y for our more savory winter needs, which is why we’ve come up with this enticing Sage & Pear Prosecco cocktail. The beverage incorporates all of our favorite wintery flavors, including honeyed pears, savory ginger, and spicy sage, all simmered together to create this cozy, comforting cocktail. Prepare at your next at-home brunch to become your friends’ favorite host of all time!

  • 1 cup water
  • 1 pear, sliced, as garnish
