Flavored spirits — typically vodka — are a dime a dozen these days, with flavors like PB&J and Fluffed Marshmallow among the more outlandish. That said, we were still floored when we saw the news that pie flavored whiskies would be hitting America’s shelves just in time for Thanksgiving.
Yes, pie flavored whiskey is real, and there are actually three different pies to choose from. It seems that while we were busy working on wine, beer, and booze pairings for Thanksgiving treats like Pecan Pie and Apple Pie, global alcohol giant Diageo was busy infusing those desserts into the drinks! Here’s what you can expect from Piehole Whiskey:

Inspired by Grandma’s favorite pie recipes, this new-to-world product line features pie liqueur flavored whiskeys aged between four to eight years and bottled in Canada.

PIEHOLE Apple Pie Canadian Whiskey with flavored liqueur has the sweetness of apple pie filling and baked crust with a hint of cinnamon and clove spice.
PIEHOLE Pecan Pie has the distinctive taste of toasted nutty pecans with background notes of bourbon vanilla extract, dark brown sugar, and baked pie crust.
PIEHOLE Cherry Pie balances sweet baked cherries with notes of buttery pastry and baked pie crust.
